Two very different backgrounds brought us to the same place.

Brandon came up through the trades, learning the work hands-on and eventually becoming a general contractor. Pamela spent her career in operations and leadership, building the kind of structure and organization that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

Mother and son, we brought those two sides together to build Miller's Elite Home Contractors, a family-owned company with a pretty simple idea behind it: do good work, treat people right, and stand behind what carries our name.

Whether we're changing one part of a home or transforming the entire space, the size of the project doesn't change the standard we bring to it.

This is our family business. And when another family trusts us with their home, we want that trust to mean something.

Brandon

Built Through Experience.

Brandon's background started in electrical, but it didn't stay there. Over the years, he's worked across nearly every side of the trades, from residential construction and remodeling to lighting, outdoor projects, and even water parks. Every job added something: a better understanding of how things are built, how the different trades come together, and what it really takes to carry a project from an idea to a finished space.

That experience eventually led to becoming a general contractor and building Miller's Elite Home Contractors, a family-owned company capable of taking care of the whole home, inside and out.

But the work itself is only part of it.

For us, the relationship we build with a client matters just as much as the project we build for them. You're trusting us with your home, your time, and something you've worked hard for. We don't take that lightly. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, changing your mind, and knowing that someone is actually listening along the way.

We love building beautiful spaces, but some of the best projects are the ones that end with a client becoming someone we're genuinely happy to hear from again.

Pamela

Systems Are The Lifeblood.

Pamela brings years of experience in operations and senior leadership to Miller's Elite, with a career spanning multiple industries, including employee benefits and life insurance. Her background has always centered around keeping things organized, building strong systems, and making sure the details behind the scenes are handled the way they should be.

Today, Pamela handles much of what keeps the business running behind the scenes, from scheduling and invoicing to paperwork, organization, and the countless details that come with keeping projects and a growing company on track.

While Brandon is out meeting with clients and overseeing the work, Pamela is making sure the business behind that work stays organized. It's a partnership that allows each of them to focus on what they do best while still keeping everything within the family.

You may not see everything happening behind the scenes, and that's really the point. When things are organized properly, you shouldn't have to.

Great work happens on the jobsite. Great systems are what keep it moving.

Miller's Elite is a family-owned company, and we've built it around something pretty simple: take care of people, do work we're proud of, and never forget that we're working in someone else's home.

Brandon brings years of hands-on experience across the trades and leads each project from the first conversation through the finished work. Pamela brings the experience and organization behind the scenes that keeps the business moving and the details where they belong.

But Miller's Elite has never been about just getting from the beginning of a project to the end.

It's about the homeowner who trusts us enough to hand us the keys. The family living through the dust and construction because they can already picture what the space is going to become. The conversations along the way, the ideas that change, the details we work through together, and eventually getting to stand back and see something that started as an idea become part of their home.

Our name is on the company, so we take the result personally. If something needs our attention, there isn't another department to pass it to or someone else to blame. We answer for our work, we stand behind it, and we want the relationship we built with you to last longer than the project itself.
