This website is operated by Miller's Elite Home Contractors. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

This Site Is Not A Contract

Everything here is information about what we do. Nothing on this site is an offer, a binding quote, or a promise of price, availability or timeline.

Work between us begins with a written agreement signed by both sides. That document governs the job. Where anything on this website disagrees with your signed agreement, your signed agreement wins.

Estimates And Renderings

The walkthrough, the 3D rendering and the written quote are provided free and without obligation, and they stay yours whether or not you hire us.

A rendering is a visualisation of an agreed design. It is not a construction document and not a guarantee of an exact finish. Real materials vary: stone has its own grain, timber takes stain differently, and a screen renders colour differently than a window does. Where the difference would matter to you, we will show you the actual material before it is ordered.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. After that, material prices have usually moved and we will requote rather than hold you to a number we can no longer honour.

Photography

The project photographs on this site are of work performed by Miller's Elite. Before and after pairs show the same space, and the after image is not staged with fixtures that were not part of the job.

Every project is different. Photographs show what we have built for other clients, not a prediction of your result.

What Belongs To Whom

The design of this site, its text, its photography and the Miller's Elite name and marks belong to us. You are welcome to view, print or share pages for your own use in considering a project. Republishing the content, or using our photographs to advertise someone else's work, is not permitted.

Reviews And Testimonials

Any review published on this site is from a real client describing real work. We do not write them, we do not pay for them, and we do not hide the unflattering ones. Where a review has been shortened for length, the meaning is not changed.

Links To Other Sites

Where we link to a manufacturer, a supplier or a review platform, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for it.

The Site Itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful, and we are not responsible for a decision made solely on the basis of a web page rather than a conversation with us.

None of this affects the workmanship guarantee on work we actually perform. That is a separate commitment, set out in your agreement, and nothing on this page reduces it.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Travis County, Texas.
