Cookie Policy

The Short Version

This site uses one essential cookie, which remembers your cookie choice, and two optional tools: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Optional cookies are only turned on if you choose them: each tool stays off until you allow its category in the cookie banner. The booking calendar on the Book page is also provided by GoHighLevel, and it loads only after you accept advertising cookies or click Load Calendar, as described below. The contact and consultation forms are part of this site and set no cookies of their own. How we handle personal information more broadly is in our Privacy Policy.

What We Use Today

• Essential: me_consent, set by this site. Remembers your cookie choices. Kept for 6 months.
• Analytics (optional): _ga and _ga_*, set by Google Analytics. Count visits and show which pages are used and how people find us. Kept for up to 2 years.
• Advertising (optional): _fbp and, if you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, _fbc, set by the Meta Pixel. Tell Meta which pages of this site were visited, so we can measure whether our ads lead to visits. Kept for about 90 days.
• Booking calendar (Book page only): set by GoHighLevel, not by this site, while its calendar is loaded from its servers (api.leadconnectorhq.com and link.msgsndr.com). It loads only after you allow Advertising or click Load Calendar, and is kept under GoHighLevel's own policies.

The booking calendar on the Book page is provided by GoHighLevel. It does not load when you open the page. It loads straight away only if you have allowed Advertising cookies. Otherwise it loads only if you click Load Calendar, and only for that visit. Once loaded, it runs inside its own frame from GoHighLevel, which may contact Google and Facebook, and those services may set cookies under their own policies. Our cookie banner cannot switch those cookies off once the calendar has loaded. If you would rather not load it, call us to book instead.

Google Analytics does not load at all until you allow Analytics in our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google is told what you allowed.

The Meta Pixel works the same way: it does not load, and sets no cookie, unless you allow Advertising. It sends page views only, with technical details such as your IP address and browser. We switch off its automatic collection of button clicks and form fields, and we do not send your name, email address, phone number or form contents. Meta handles what it receives under its own privacy policy.

If you reject non-essential cookies, neither tool ever loads. Our host, Vercel, does not set cookies on this site.

Your Choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or choose cookies by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works either way.

You can change your mind any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. If you turn Analytics off, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. If you turn Advertising off, the Meta Pixel stops sending page views and we delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
