Who This Covers

This policy covers Miller's Elite Home Contractors, trading as Miller's Elite Home Contractors, and this website. It explains what happens to information you give us here and what happens to information collected automatically while you browse.

What You Give Us

Our contact and consultation forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, and for details about your question or your project. You control all of it. Nothing on a form is collected without you typing it.

We use it to answer you, to schedule a walkthrough, to prepare a rendering and a quote, and to keep a record of the conversation so you are not starting over every time you call.

What Is Collected Automatically

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, the type of device and browser you are using, which pages you looked at, and the site you arrived from. This is ordinary web server data, and it is not used to identify you by name.

Only if you allow Analytics in our cookie banner, Google Analytics also records how you use the site: pages viewed, time on page, how you found us, device type and approximate location. It does not load at all until you allow it.

Only if you allow Advertising in our cookie banner, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel sends Meta the pages you view on this site, with technical details such as your IP address and browser. It sends page views only, plus a single Lead event when you submit a contact or consultation form. It does not send your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form. It does not load at all until you allow it.

On the Book page only, the booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel. It loads only after you allow Advertising cookies in our banner or click Load Calendar. Loading it connects your browser to GoHighLevel, which may set its own cookies, receive technical details such as your IP address and browser, and contact Google and Facebook, each under its own policy. Our banner cannot switch those off once the calendar has loaded. If you would rather not load it, call us to book instead.

Cookies, Analytics And Advertising

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The one this site cannot work without, which remembers your cookie choice, is always on. Everything else is optional and off until you agree to it.

• Analytics: Google Analytics, which helps us understand which pages people find useful and how they found us. It does not load, and sets no cookie, unless you allow Analytics in the banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google is told what you allowed.
• Advertising: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which tells Meta which pages of this site were visited so we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits. It does not load, and sets no cookie, unless you allow Advertising in the banner.

• You can decline the optional cookies when the banner appears and still use every part of this site.
• You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. Turning a category off stops that tool and deletes its cookies from your browser.
• Your browser settings can block cookies entirely, which we will respect.

Calls, Texts And Email

When you submit a form you are asking us to get in touch, and we will, by phone or email, about what you sent.

Texts and marketing email are separate things, and each needs its own yes. Our forms offer optional checkboxes for them. They are not ticked for you, and leaving them alone does not affect your quote or your question in any way.

If you tick the marketing email box, you can stop the emails at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just tell Brandon or Pamela.

We do not sell your phone number or your email address to anyone.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, or any mobile information, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Texts

If you tick the text box on one of our forms, Miller's Elite Home Contractors may text the number you gave us about that request and about scheduling. We do not text you just because you gave us a number.

• The text box is never required to send a form.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

The wording shown beside the text box, with links to this policy and our Terms, is the record of your consent. We keep that record with your contact record in GoHighLevel.

Who Else Sees It

We use outside companies to run the business. They can only use your information to provide that service to us.

• GoHighLevel, our customer records system and the processor of what you send through our contact and consultation forms. When you submit a form, our website server sends what you entered to GoHighLevel, where it is saved as a contact record with your answers and your consent choices. This website does not keep its own copy. If you opt in to texts, GoHighLevel and its messaging providers deliver them.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Google, for Google Analytics, only if you allow Analytics cookies.
• Meta, for the Meta Pixel, only if you allow Advertising cookies.
• An email provider, for the email we exchange with you.

Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to complete work you have asked for, such as passing a measurement to a fabricator. We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade it.

Your Rights In Texas

Texas law gives residents the right to ask what personal information a business holds about them, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of it being used for targeted advertising or sold. We do not sell personal information. If you allow Advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel shares your page views with Meta to measure our ads, and you can turn that off at any time under Cookie Settings in the footer.

To exercise any of those, email info@millerselite.com or call (512) 222-9134. We will respond within the time the law allows, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If we turn a request down you can appeal, and we will tell you how.

If you are reading this from California, Virginia, Colorado or another state with its own privacy law, contact us the same way and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept while there is a reasonable chance you will come back to us, and then deleted. Records tied to a completed job are kept longer, because a warranty claim, a tax question or an insurance matter can surface years later. You can ask us to delete your information at any point and we will, unless we are required to keep a specific record.

Google Analytics data tied to your browser is kept for up to 14 months after your last visit, then deleted by Google. Meta Pixel cookies stay in your browser for about 90 days, or until you turn Advertising off. Meta keeps the page views it receives under its own policies. Your cookie choice is remembered for 6 months, then we ask again.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and the form submission is encrypted in transit. The systems holding your information are access-controlled. No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not keep payment card details on this website at all, which removes the thing most worth stealing.

Children

This site is meant for adults hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than hoping you do not notice.
